MANHATTAN - One person was killed after being struck by a train on Monday at 2:00 am in Manhattan.
According to the Riley County Police Department (RCPD) at approximately 2:10 am, a 25-year old individual was struck by a train near East Highway 24 and Levee Drive in Manhattan.
The individual was pronounced dead at the scene.
No information is being released by RCPD at this time.
