A wind advisory has been issued for two counties in our area.

The National Weather Service in Wichita has issued a wind advisory in effect until 8 p.m. Tuesday for the following counties in our area.

South winds at 25 to 35 mph, with gusts up to 45 mph, are expected.

Gusty winds could blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result. Use caution on roadways. High profile vehicles may have difficulty in the high wind conditions, especially on east to west oriented roads.
