The next Emergency Food Assistance Program commodities distribution is set for Wednesday morning.
The distribution, hosted by Sunrise Presbyterian Church, is scheduled for 9-10:30 a.m. Wednesday at the 4-H Building in Kenwood Park. Participants are asked to wear a face mask when speaking to volunteers.
Items to be distributed include boned chicken, frozen blueberries, orange juice, pitted plums, frozen chicken legs, chicken drumsticks, dried cherries, grape juice, peanut butter, ground beef, butter, almonds in the shells, and corn cereal.
Those participating also are required to bring a Saline County photo ID and proof of income. If you are picking commodities up for someone you will need a photo ID and written authorization from that person.
