Carlton “Carlie” Jones, 79, passed away Sunday, February 28, 2021. He was born on January 24, 1942, to Cloyce and Marjorie Jones on the family farm in Ottawa County. Carlie was a fun, witty, loving, and caring man. He loved to watch sports and spend time with his grandkids and family. He owned and operated Bicycle Haus and later opened T-Shirt Haus. After retiring he helped Dixie with Hair Affaire.

He is survived by his wife, Dixie; children, Kendra Clark (Scott), Chad Jones, and Darcie Nguyen (Son); grandchildren, Braedyn, Kale, Morgan, Jaylinn, Annabelle, and Lily; Siblings, Gail Jones (Pat), Karen Edwards, and Wiley Jones. Carlie was preceded in death by his parents.

Visitation will be Monday, March 8, 2021, from 4-8 pm at Ryan Mortuary. Funeral service will be Tuesday, March 9, 2021, at 2 pm at Emmanuel Foursquare Church. Burial will follow at Bennington Cemetery, Bennington, KS.

Memorials may be made to Emmanuel Salina or the Central Kansas Mental Health Center and may be sent in care of Ryan Mortuary.
