DOWNS — Anna Moubry, 70, passed away Monday, March 6, 2023. She was born April 5, 1952, in Smith Center, the daughter of Ruby (Likes) and Reuben Weaver.
She is preceded in death by her parents and brother, Walter Dean Weaver.
She is survived by her husband, Rex of the home; children: Krisiti Ann Ballard (Russell) of Louisville,KY, Jennifer Lynn Lawrence (Renee) of Bakersfield, CA, and Beck Morgan Whipple of Louisville, KY, Brett Moubry (Angela) of Downs, Lisa Boden (Brad) of Osborne; 13 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren; brother, Reuben David Weaver of St. Louis, MO; sister, Aletha Calvert of Clinton, MO, nieces, nephews and a large host of friends.
Funeral service will be held Friday, March 10, 2023 at 10:00 a.m. at the First Christian Church, Downs. Visitation will be Thursday, March 9 from 7-8:30 p.m. at the church. Burial will be at the Vansburgh Cemetery, Brownell, KS at 3:30 p.m. on Friday.
