Make a custom sign for you and support families in your community! Join Child Advocacy & Parenting Services (CAPS) at 12:30 p.m. at Blue Barn Door Studio this Saturday to make a sign for your home and support child abuse prevention programs.

Bring a friend, a snack and a drink and get ready to get crafty! Worried that you’re not artistic? Have no fear! If you can paint by number, you will be good to go. Instructors

Corey and Megan Haden will walk you through whatever design you choose for your project to make something beautiful for your home. They are experienced in giving you as much guidance as you wish and teaching the techniques to make a project something to be proud of. There’s several sign sizes, colors and designs for you to choose from, and you can even come with your own project in mind. Blue Barn Door Studio provides the tools, and you provide the fun!

Sign up at crafty.givesmart.com or text CRAFTY to 76278. Walk-ins are welcome but your seat and desired project cannot be guaranteed. A portion of each project purchase will be donated to CAPS to improve children’s lives and strengthen families through education, advocacy and support.

CAPS is a 501(c)3 charitable organization with both prevention and intervention programs designed to reduce risk factors associated with child abuse and neglect. Our community collaborations respond to a variety of human needs and conditions keeping appropriate child development in the center of all strategies.
