 </figure>Work being done in the area is being blamed for brief power outages across parts of central and south Salina shortly before noon.An Evergy spokesperson told Salina Post that just under 4,600 customers in Salina lost power for three to four minutes. She said work being done by Evergy in the area inadvertently caused the outages.
