The National Weather Service in Hastings, Neb., has issued a dense fog advisory in effect until noon Saturday for the following counties in our area.
Jewell County
Mitchell County
Visibility is expected to be one quarter- to one half-mile in dense fog. Light icing from freezing fog also is forecast.
The combination of dense fog and cold temperatures near or below freezing may create slick spots on area roadways. Please use caution if traveling.
