A small earthquake rattled part of southern Saline County this morning.
According to the Kansas Geological Survey, the 2.7 magnitude quake struck at 11:42 a.m. Thursday. It was centered just south of E. Salemsborg Road between S. Simpson Road and S. Holmes Road.
