The National Weather Service in Wichita has issued a severe thunderstorm warning in effect until 8 p.m. for eastern Lincoln County.
Winds gusts at 60 mph and half-dollar-sized hail are forecast.
Locations impacted include Lincoln, Beverly, and Barnard.
