The National Weather Service in Wichita has issued a severe thunderstorm warning in effect until 8:15 p.m. Tuesday for the following counties in our area.
Southwestern Lincoln County
North central Ellsworth County
This includes Interstate 70 between mile markers 209 and 225.
The storm is moving east at 10 mph. The weather service noted that 60 mph wind gusts and quarter size hail are expected.
