Memorial Health System employees raise nearly $1K for walking trail

ABILENE - Employees of Memorial Health System (MHS) wore blue jeans at work for another Jeans Day fundraiser on Fridays throughout the month of March.

Employees make a donation of at least $5 and are allowed to wear blue jeans at work. A total donation of $995 was presented to Memorial Health Foundation for the Memorial Health System Walking Trail.

The trail is located just south of Memorial Hospital in Abilene. For more information on the trail, and how you can donate, go to: mhsks.org/memorial_health_foundation.

The monthly Jeans Day fundraiser is organized by the MHS Employer of Choice (EOC) committee.
