ELLSWORTH COUNTY—One person was injured in an accident just after 2p.m. Tuesday in Ellsworth County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2006 Hyundai Elantra driven by Sithandra A. Bell, 17, Topeka, was westbound on Interstate 70 one mile east of Kansas 156. The driver looked at her phone and the car entered the median and rolled
EMS transported Bell to the hospital in Ellsworth. She was also not wearing a seat belt at the time of the accident, according to the KHP.
