WICHITA - Ruby "Shelly" Wiegand
On Saturday October 9th 2021, after a lengthy battle with cancer, Shelly peacefully slipped away in the company of her immediate family. She was born September 20, 1966 in Wichita, Kansas.
She is preceded in death by her mother Lois O'Neal of Wichita; her father Larry Coen of Salina; her brother Leonard Urban; and grandson Zachary Cunningham.
Shelly is survived by her husband, Steven Heatherington, of 35 years; her three daughters, Savannah Wiegand, Amanda Cunningham (Brandon Cunningham) and Halie Heatherington; and her brother Gerald Urban Jr. Shelly had nine grandchildren who will miss her dearly.
