Nominations are currently being accepted for Early Childhood Provider Appreciation Awards.
An Early Childhood Provider Appreciation Drive Through and Awards event is scheduled to take place in the east parking lot at the Tony's Pizza Event Center, 800 The Midway, from 6:30-7:30 p.m. on May 7.
"It is apparent, perhaps now more than ever, that early childhood providers are essential to our community," SalinaParents.org noted in a news release.
Nominations for awards are currently being accepted online at SalinaParents.org. Nominations are due by April 30. Prizes will be awarded to the top three nominees, and all early childhood providers are encouraged to stop by the Appreciation Station.
This event is sponsored by the Saline County Health Department, Kansas Children's Cabinet, the Salina Chapter of KSAEYC, and PIECE/ICC.
