Hillsboro - Lenora D. Klassen, 92, passed away April 9, 2021 at Schowalter Villa in Hesston. She was born October 15, 1928 in Mountain Lake, Minnesota to Jacob and Elizabeth (Olfert) Friesen. She married Donald Klassen June 24, 1958 in Mountain Lake, MN.
Survivors include: sons, Marlo Klassen of Manhattan, KS, Myron (Shelley) Klassen of Hesston, Sheldon Klassen of Wichita; daughters, Marlene (Royce) McKitrick of San Marcos, Texas, Sharon (Alan) Boese of Lehigh, Sandra (Roger) Esch of Los Lunas, New Mexico; sister, Arlene (Don) Krehbiel of Omaha, Nebraska; 31 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren. Predeceased by her husband, Donald Klassen in 2012.
Graveside service 10:30 a.m. April 24, 2021 at Alexanderwohl Church cemetery rural Goessel. Family will receive friends from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. April 23, 2021 at Jost Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
