On Wednesday, Dr. James M. Vander Yacht marked 35 years as a chiropractor.
On Friday, his patients are invited to stop by the Salina Chiropractic office at 115 S. Santa Fe Avenue during normal business hours (7:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.) and help him celebrate. Snacks and drinks will be provided.
Following is historical information provided by Salina Chiropractic.
Vander Yacht is a 1986 graduate of Palmer College of Chiropractic. The following year, he opened his practice in Salina in the Galaxy Center on S. Ninth Street. In 1998, Salina Chiropractic moved to 1333 W. Crawford, where it stayed for 22 years before moving to downtown Salina.
"Dr. James M. Vander Yacht would like to thank every patient that has helped to shape his career as a chiropractor in Salina to the successful practice it is now. We wouldn't be here without our amazing and dedicated patients and for that we are forever grateful," Salina Chiropractic told Salina Post.
