He was born August 1, 1946 in Beloit, KS, the son of Albert and Grace (Lowdon) Otte,

He is preceded in death by his parents and brother, Weldon Bart (1967).

He is survived by his wife Anne M. Otte of the home; children:&nbsp; Kristi Gamble (Scott) of Littleton, CO, Janna Frederick of Downs, Kate Knight (Darrick) of Independence, MO, Melissa Otte of Topeka and eleven grandchildren

A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.&nbsp; Memorials may be given to Downs Parks and Recreation or KDPW-Youth Fishing in care of Domoney Funeral Home, PO Box 127, Downs, KS 67437.
