Jerry M. Breeden Sr., 75, passed away Saturday, November 4, 2023. He was born March 25, 1948, to Cecil and Helen (Richards) Breeden in Colby, Kansas.
Jerry owned and operated Stone Brothers Alignment for 20-plus years. He also worked for KDOT and later part-time at Dillon's. He met Anita Gravatt and married her in 1968 in Cawker City. Jerry was a kind, honest, generous man to anyone and everyone he met. He was loving and caring to all. He enjoyed the races. He was a member of the Salina Coin Club and the Pagota Car Club.
Jerry is preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Charles Breeden, Gary Breeden, Gene Breeden, Roy Breeden, and Jimmy Breeden; sister Betty Wood. Jerry is survived by his wife Anita Breeden, of 55 years; son, Jerry (Karla) Breeden, Jr.; daughter, Johanna Libal; eight grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren; brother, Ray Breeden; sisters, Joyce Paxton and Judy Campbell, and numerous cousins, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Friday, November 10, 2023 at Ryan Mortuary from 4-8 p.m. and family will be present from 6-8 p.m. Family request all attending wear casual clothing and especially your racing t-shirts.
