Marvin L. McBride, 83, of Salina, passed away Friday, December 18, 2020. He was born September 3, 1937 in Garnett, Kansas to Claron "Mikey" Lewis and Letha Viola (Riley) McBride. He joined the Army National Guard and worked as a trucker driver for Jayhawk Truck Lines, Western Kansas Express and C &amp; M. He married his soulmate and love of his life, Shirley Ann Hildebrandt on May 18, 1968 at Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Sylvan Grove, Kansas, they were married for 51 years. They met on a blind date in May of 1967 in Wichita and had their daughter in 1970, then moved to Salina in 1975.

He is preceded in death by his Parents and his Beloved Wife Shirley

He is survived by his Sister, Patricia Owens and Nephews, Michael Owens and Jeffrey Owens; Daughter, Teresa "Terri" Clarkson (Shannon); Grandchildren, Hunter Clarkson and Blake Clarkson.

Cremation was chosen and Celebration of Life will be at a later date.
