Marjorie Carolyn Galloway, 87, of Bennington, Kan., passed away on Tuesday, July 30, 2024. She was born on August 3, 1936, in Sterling, Colo., to John and Lucille (Crandall) Chandler.
Marjorie loved crocheting and knitting and was a game show enthusiast. She was an avid reader and enjoyed participating in a bowling league and watching her grandkids in school programs and sports. Her kids and grandkids were her full-time hobby.
Survivors include her daughter, Julie Pimple; sons, Bill (Chris), Tom (Kay), and Chris (Linda) Pimple; sister, Mary Nadow (Don); 12 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 14 great-great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Van Galloway; children, Jim Pimple and Diana Gibson; and brothers, John, Don, and George Chandler.
No services are planned at this time. Memorials may be made to the Saina Animal Shelter, care of Ryan Mortuary, Salina.
