HOPE - A small earthquake struck part of Dickinson County late Friday afternoon

According to the Kansas Geological Survey, a 2.7 magnitude quake struck northeast of Hope at 5:46 p.m. Friday. It was centered north of 1000 Avenue between Rain Road and Quail Road.
