Ronald Louis Blackburn, 57, passed away Tuesday, September 28, 2021, in Hays, KS. He was born November 25, 1963, in Ellsworth, KS to Robert Blackburn, Sr. and Carlyne Alder.
Ronald is survived by his mother Carlyne Holt of Coaldale, CO; brother Robert Blackburn, Jr. of Ellsworth; sisters DeeAnna Holt of Phoenix, AZ and Michelle Sullivan of Hutchinson, KS; aunts Heather Barta of Ellsworth and Mary Ann Watts of Eudora, KS; and uncles Donald Alder of Coaldale and James B. Alder, Jr. of Sun City, AZ. H
e was preceded in death by his father Robert Blackburn, Sr.; uncles Richard Blackburn and Richard Barta; and aunt Judith Regnier.
