
The Kansas Basketball Coaches Association has released their week nine boy's basketball rankings with just a few weeks to go in the regular season.
With a pair of losses to Wamego and Hays, the Abilene Cowboys have fallen outside the top ten for the first time in several weeks.
After sneaking in at #10 last week in Classes 3A and 2A respectively, the Southeast of Saline Trojans and Sacred Heart Knights both climbed three spots to #7 this week.
Two more #1 schools were dethroned this week as Blue Valley Northwest and Royal Valley replaced by Lawrence Free State and Cheney in Classes 6 and 3A.
