Friday, October 2, 2020, at the Northridge Retirement Community.  CJ was born in Miltonvale, Kansas on October 10, 1931 to Charles and Eunice Sharp.  On November 22, 1951 she married Elvis Edward (Ed) L. Shannon.

In May, 2002 CJ and Ed retired and moved to Highlands Ranch, Colorado where CJ richly enjoyed the beauty of the mountains and family nearby.  She had a real zest for life, fun and games, shopping, and became an avid sports fan, especially fond of the Colorado Rockies, where she could name all the players. In February, 2017 CJ and Ed moved to Fishers, Indiana because of health needs and more simple living desires.
