A male suspect calls police and is arrested, after he allegedly assaulted a woman in a Salina home.
According to the Salina Police Department (SPD) on Friday, June 13th at around 9:30 pm, officers responded to a domestic disturbance that occurred on the 200 block of N. Oakdale. It was reported that a 29-year old female victim who lives at the residence, was with a 30-year old male identified as Adrian Del Real.
Allegedly, Del Real and the victim got into an argument on the driveway of the home. Del Real wanted to see the victim's phone and decided to push her. After she was pushed, Police stated the victim was "struck in the bridge of her nose, causing her to bleed."
Subsequently, the victim then went inside the home and went into a bathroom. Del Real then followed her as the argument continued, and it was reported that he "ripped off her apple watch and threw it into the toilet." The victim was able to leave the bathroom and get away from Del Real.
Police stated that Del Real called SPD and when officers arrived to the home, he was taken into custody without incident.
Del Real was booked into the Saline County Jail and is facing the following charges; Robbery, Criminal Deprivation of Property and Domestic Battery.
