It looks like we'll be cooling off a bit more in the near future.

Much cooler temperatures are expected across much of the Midwest after the Labor Day weekend and through much of next week, according to the National Weather Service (NWS) in Wichita. 

Medium range models are showing well below normal temperatures, NWS noted.
