On Thursday Oct. 8, 2020, the Saline County Sheriff’s Office responded to a residence in the 600 block of Spring Street, Gypsum, for a reported theft.
Sometime between Sept. 28 and Oct. 3, unknown suspect(s) stole a red and black 40-ton Swisher log splitter, a Stihl model 391 chainsaw, a Stihl model 241 chainsaw, and a Stihl model 031AV
chainsaw. Total loss is estimated to be in excess of $3,000.
