Law enforcement arrested a man who had a warrant for his arrest after a conducted traffic stop.
According to the Salina Police Department (SPD) on Friday at around 3:00 pm, an officer on patrol in the area of north 9th street discovered a male individual that had a warrant for their arrest.
The individual was on his bicycle and the officer conducted a traffic stop in the 800 block of north Broadway.
The officer arrested 35-year old, Zachariah Behling and located more than a gram of methamphetamine in his possession.
He was booked into the Saline County Jail for the requested charges of: Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of drug paraphernalia and the warrant out of Saline County District Court.
According to jail records, Behling was arrested back on August 2022 for stealing an electric bicycle and bike trailer.
