A minor earthquake shook part of eastern Saline County late Monday night.

According to the Kansas Geological Survey (KGS), a magnitude 2.1 temblor struck at 10:51 p.m. Monday. It was centered just south of East Schilling Road between South Kipp Road and South Gypsum Valley Road, KGS noted.
