Areas of light rain mixed with snow can be expected tonight with a changeover to snow possible in central Kansas. A slushy accumulation of one-half inch to locally one inch is possible in grassy areas and elevated surfaces. Some slick spots on roadways will be possible.

A mix of rain and snow will impact the region today and tonight, with the greatest chance for light snow accumulations over central Kansas, where patchy slick spots may develop.
