Norman D. Doehring, age 86, died March 6, 2021 at home with his family by his side. Mr. Doehring was born October 21, 1934 to Paul and Gladys Doehring at Hebron, Nebraska. He graduated from the University of Nebraska and served in the US Army. He was retired from the Soil Conservation Service.

He married Leora L. Ritterling on September 6, 1959 and enjoyed 61 years of marriage.

He was preceded in death by his parents, 3 brothers, Lavonne, Arlo and Merlyn, and 1 sister, Mabel.

Norm is survived by his wife Leora, and 2 sons; Kevin (Suzanne) Doehring of Liberty Missouri, Craig Doehring of Flower Mound, Texas, four grandchildren: BreeAnne (Andy) Doehring of St Charles, Missouri, Brenna Doehring, Golden, Colorado, Alex Doehring, Flower Mound, Texas, and Josh Doehring, Amsterdam, Netherlands; 1 brother Lemoine (Connie) Doehring, Seward Nebraska, 2 sisters, Ruth Evers, Hebron Nebraska, and Shirley (Bob) Richardson, Brighton, Colorado.

Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 20, 2021 at Christ the King Lutheran Church. Masks are required and social distancing will be observed.
