GYPSUM - A small earthquake rattled part of southeastern Saline County Saturday evening.

The Kansas Geological Survey reported that a 2.6 magnitude earthquake struck southwest of Gypsum at 6:21 p.m. Saturday. It was centered north of E. Hedberg Road between S. Kipp Road and S. Whitmore Road.
