The next commodities distribution for Saline County residents is scheduled for Dec. 21.
The drive-through distribution is scheduled for 9-10:30 a.m. Dec. 21 at Kenwood Hall, 900 Greeley Avenue, according to information from Sunrise Presbyterian Church, the organization responsible for distributing the food.
Participants need to have a Saline County photo ID with them. Persons picking up food for someone else must have copies of that person's ID. One box of food is allowed per household, according to information from the church.
The maximum gross income for one person is $1,473 and $513 for each additional family member.
Food items to be distributed this month include corn, diced tomatoes, beef stew, cream corn, peaches, instant potatoes, mac and cheese, frozen egg whites, fruit-nut mix, whole almonds, Oatmeal, asparagus, frozen peaches.
