A tire blow is suspected to blame for grassland fire near Hedville in Saline County.
According to the Saline County Sheriff's Office on Sunday at around 4:45 pm, law enforcement and first responders were dispatched to 237 milepost on I-70 for the report of a grassland fire.
Rural Fire District #3 responded to the scene, just west of Hedville and extinguished the fire.
There were no witnesses to determine the cause of fire, but is suspected to be from a blown out tire.
No injuries were reported.
