GYPSUM -- A small earthquake shook part of southern Saline County early this morning.

A 2.1 magnitude quake rattled the area at 5:35 a.m. Sunday, according to the Kansas Geological Survey. The earthquake was centered just north of East Hedberg Road and east of South Whitmore Road.
