The first heatwave of the year is upon us and it's always good to remember to make sure everyone is out of the car before you lock it.
It will also be important to take heat precautions when outdoors this week including staying hydrated.
There will be a couple of low chances for storms starting Tuesday for central and south-central Kansas and again on Wednesday for central Kansas. Coverage is expected to remain isolated.
