Minneapolis man loses $1,200 worth of items in pickup burglary

An estimated $1,200 worth of items were stolen from a pickup parked at a local country dance club early Sunday morning.

Saline County Sheriff Roger Soldan said this morning that sometime between 2-8:30 a.m. Sunday, someone broke the back window out of a Dodge RAM 3500 belonging to Stuart Griffin, 26, of Minneapolis, while it was parked at Outlaws, 1676 W. State Street.

Items taken from the pickup included the following, Soldan said.

A DeWalt cordless drill valued at $100

A KUIU men's Super Down jacket valued at $400

A pair of KUIU men's Super Down pants valued at $400

A KUIU Guide jacket valued at $200

A pair of KUIU men's gloves valued at $100

Damage to the window was estimated at $325.
