On Wednesday, Saline County Sheriff Roger Soldan reported that 14 buildings on a property in the 2900 block of East Old Highway 40 had been entered on Tuesday, with a number of locks and windows broken. Deputies were sent to the property Tuesday evening. Among the items report stolen was a red 2005 Arctic Cat 250cc two-wheel drive ATV valued at $3,585.

During his Wednesday report, Soldan said that a complete list of items stolen was being compiled. Other stolen items, which Soldan reported today, included the following.

A trash can

A trail camera, located on the driveway, valued at $100

A hedge trimmer valued at $50

A Craftsman welder valued at $100

An electric snow blower valued at $150

A case of motor oil valued at $85

Sometime between the time deputies left the property after taking the report on Tuesday and 9 a.m. on Wednesday, someone broke into another building on the property and stole a 2005 Arctic Cat 400 ATV valued at $3,500, Soldan said. Damage to the latch on the shed was estimated at $20, he added.
