Lois Marie Williams, 71, of Salina, passed away Saturday, December 17, 2022. She was born February 7, 1951, in Flora, Mississippi.
She was the head cook at St. John’s Military School for 18 years. When Lois wasn’t serving meals, she was known for her love of fishing, reading, watching western movies. Lois will be missed for great cooking.
She was preceded in death by her parents Alfred and Maye Dora Williams, stepmom Rowena Williams, her brother Jay Williams.
Survivors include her son Curtis Williams of Oklahoma, grandchildren Rylea, Xylah, Ayson, Kyndall; brothers Gene Williams, Salina, Melvin Williams of Kansas City, David Williams of Salina; sisters Dyian McBride of Florida, Marilyn (Grace) and husband Jedell Jones of Salina, Lendell and husband Tony Williams of Salina, David Williams of Salina.
Visitation will be at Tuesday, 4:00 p.m. – 6:00 p.m., December 27, 2022 at Roselawn Heights Memorial Chapel, 1920 East Crawford, Salina.
Funeral services will be held at later time.
