JEWELL COUNTY -- After seven earthquakes on Thursday, Jewell County was shaking again on Friday.

According to the Kansas Geological Survey, a 2.3 magnitude struck northeast of Randall at 4:52 p.m. Friday. The quake was just east of 290 Road between H Road and I Road.
The second temblor, a 2.1 magnitude quake, struck north-northeast of Randall at 6:11 p.m. The quake was centered just north of J Road between 260 Road and 270 Road.
