Hillsboro - Doris David, 96, passed away December 13, 2022 at Hillsboro Community Hospital. She was born June 19, 1926 in Hillsboro to Adolph and Helen (Hiebert) Plenert.
She married Fred David February 27, 1966 Miami, Oklahoma.
Survivors include: husband Fred David of Hillsboro; sons Russ (Mary) Dalke of Castle Rock, Colorado, Scott (Melissa) David of Tampa; daughters DeVon (Durrel) Kelley of Derby, Helen (Roger) Hagen of Hillsboro, Kris (Jay) Pschigoda of Hillsboro; brothers Abe Plenert of Missouri, John Plenert of Pennsylvania; 17 grandchildren, 28 great-grandchildren, four great-great grandchildren.
Celebration of Life January 14, 2023 10:00 a.m. at the Hillsboro United Methodist Church in Hillsboro officiated by Pastor Brad Penn. Family will receive friends from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 pm. January 13, 2023 at Jost Funeral Home in Hillsboro.
