About the regular meeting 9/09/2024
The Salina City Commission will hold its regular meeting on September 9, 2024. Study sessions and city commission meetings will take place in–person in Room 107 of the City-County Building, 300 West Ash Street, and via Zoom. Meetings can also be viewed on the City of Salina's YouTube channel at https://www.youtube.com/cityofSalinaKansas.

The regular meeting is scheduled to begin at 4 p.m. The Salina City Commission meets on the second and fourth Mondays of each month.

Approve the minutes of the meeting of August 26, 2024.
Approve Resolution No. 24-8237 updating the City of Salina Urban Area Boundary.
Approve Resolution No. 24-8239 authorizing the election of the City of Salina to opt out of the settlement class in both the Tyco Fire Products LP and BASF Aqueous Film-Forming Foams Product Liability Litigation cases.
Approve Resolution No. 24-8241 consenting to the assignment of Wheat State Hospitality, Inc.'s transferee agreement to 1858 Properties, LLC.
ADMINISTRATION
Approve Charter Ordinance No. 44 repealing Charter Ordinance No. 30 and approve Ordinance No. 24-11219 amending the City of Salina Municipal Code relating to salaries for the Board of Commissioners and Mayor.
Approve Resolution No. 24-8223 amending the 2024 staffing table, position classification, and salary schedule, and adopting the 2025 staffing table, position classification, and salary schedule.
