The victim in the early Monday shooting on E. Iron Avenue has died and three people now face charges in connection to his death.
In an update this morning, the Salina Police Department reported that Camilo Renaldo Ramirez died at approximately 1 p.m. Tuesday at a hospital in Wichita. The Salina Police Department delayed reporting Ramirez's death at the request of his family, who chose to donate his organs, Salina Police Captain Gary Hanus said this morning.

While continuing to investigate the homicide case, police arrested Kiera Stewart, 22, of Salina, on the following requested charges.
●Felony murder
●Attempted aggravated robbery
Ramirez was shot near the intersection of Front Street and E. Iron Avenue shortly after 4 a.m. Monday. Police, who were dispatched to the area for the report of gunshots, found Ramirez in the street. His dog was found dead at the scene from an apparent gunshot, according to an earlier release from the Salina Police Department.
Additionally, a front window at Fresh Market, 511 E. Iron Avenue, and a nearby CityGo bus stop sign sustained damage from bullets during the shooting.
According to information from police, surveillance videos near the shooting scene showed a vehicle circling the area. It then stopped and two people got out and began shooting.
Through the course of the investigation on Monday, detectives developed the names of two persons of interest: Jamie Leos, Jr., 24, and Juan Doroteo Morales, 34. After questioning, both were arrested and booked into the Saline County Jail on the following requested charges.

According to Saline County Jail booking information from Wednesday, requested charges for both Leos and Morales were upgraded to first degree murder.
Hanus said the incident remains an active investigation.
