July 8 Regular Meeting

1. Call to Order
a. Mayor request staff confirmation that the Kansas Open Meeting Act required notice has been properly provided.
b. Roll call.

4. Consent Agenda
(4.1) Approve the minutes of the meeting of June 24, 2024.
(4.2) Authorize the Mayor to accept permanent sidewalk and temporary construction easements in front of the YMCA athletic fields.
(4.3) Authorize the City Manager to enter into a Feasibility Study Cost Share Agreement with the Department of the Army for the Smoky Hill River Renewal Project.
(4.4) Authorize the City Manager to execute a License Agreement with MCImetro dba Verizon to allow for maintenance and operation of a fiber optic network for the City's public rights-of-way.
(4.5) Authorize the City Manager to execute an Implementation Agreement with Priority Dispatch Corp. for a Fire and Police Priority Dispatch System.

(6.1) Approve Resolution No. 24-8221, a Resolution of Support for KC  Development, LLC, to submit a Kansas Housing Investor Tax Credit (KHITC) Application for properties in Stone Lake.
(6.2) Authorize City staff preparation of a Special Assessment Engineering Feasibility Report for internal improvements serving Liberty Addition No. 3.
