Betty Jean (Clark) Fyfe, 80, Minneapolis, died Saturday, September 27, 2025, in Salina. Betty was born October 7, 1944, Belleville, to William and Velma (Birrell) Clark.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 

Betty was a graduate of Belleville High School and was the longtime owner of Pinky’s Bar and Grill in Courtland.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 

She was preceded in death by her parents.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;

 Survivors are her daughter, Tammy Knox and Larry Newell; sons, Shawn Tremblay and wife, Janet and Ricky Tremblay and wife, Krystal; brother, Wayne Clark; grandchildren, Autum, Cameron, Devin, Seth, Kylie, Jaycie, and Zach; and great-grandchildren, Riley, Olivia, Brooks, Norah, and Callen.&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; 

Visitation will begin at 9:30 A.M., Monday, October 6, at the Republic Community Church, Republic. Funeral services will begin at 11:00 A.M. Burial will be in Union Valley Cemetery, Scandia. 

The family kindly requests no flowers and asks that memorials be made to the Republic Community Church and may be left in care of Wilson Family Funeral Home, P.O. Box 166, Minneapolis, KS 67467.
