The Southeast of Saline Trojan baseball team collected two more big wins at Beloit on Thursday to move to 9-1 on the season.

After falling to SES by final scores of 7-5 and 13-2 Beloit drops to 2-8 on the year.

Southeast fell behind early in game one, trailing 3-1 heading into the fifth inning, but rattled off five late runs to take a 7-5 victory in the first contest.

Eli Harris pitched well for the SES, allowing just four earned runs in five innings and striking out eight in the win.

Much like in previous victories, the Trojans put together a balanced attack all throughout the lineup, with five different batters collecting an RBI on the day.

In game two, SES picked up right where they left off, scoring all 13 runs in the first two innings to take a commanding early lead.

From there, the dominant pitching efforts of Evan Nickelson, Landen Allen and Jaxson Gebhardt secured the win, as the three combined to allow just two earned runs in a five inning run-rule victory.

Between the two games, almost everyone in the lineup drove in at least one run, continuing to showcase the depth of this Southeast of Saline team.

The Trojans will be back in action on Friday when they travel to Chapman for a doubleheader with the Fighting Irish.
