Advanced voting by mail

You also can register to receive your ballot by mail. Download the advanced voting by mail form from the Kansas Secretary of State's website. Advanced ballots will begin being mailed out on Wednesday.

If you choose to return your completed ballot by mail, it must be postmarked on or before Nov. 8. You also can drop off your completed ballot in the County Clerk's office.

Some counties also offer safe and secure ballot drop box locations. In Saline County, the drive-up ballot drop box is located on the half-circle drive in front of the City-County Building at 300 W. Ash Street. (Note: Ballot drop boxes are closed at 7 p.m. on Election Day.)
