Salina Commissioners to convene over Cozy Inn lawsuit

Salina City Commissioners will meet Wednesday morning for a special public meeting to discuss matters regarding the ongoing Cozy Inn lawsuit.

According to the City of Salina, the meeting will occur on July 15 at 9:00 am at the City/County Building in Room 107 and via Zoom until further notice.

At the start of the meeting, commissioners will recess into executive session immediately following roll call. They will return to open session following the conclusion of the executive session, with possible action to follow.

If citizens wish to speak, either during the public forum or when the Mayor requests public comment on an item, citizens attending via Zoom must raise their hand so that the meeting host can allow them to speak.

Those who attend the in-person meeting will have the opportunity to speak at the podium. Citizens can also send written comments or questions to City Commissioners by visiting the City of Salina's website here, and using the "Email City Commission" icon on the home page.
