An incident involving property damage has left a Salina man with a broken door and without his pet dachshund.&nbsp;

Salina Police Captain Paul Forrester said this morning that on June 5 Bradley Armstrong, 47, reported to Salina Police Department that his front door was forcibly kicked in sometime during the hours of 2 p.m. and 8 p.m on Monday.

Forrester noted that Armstrong believes the person responsible for the property damage kicked his door in an effort to release his dogs.&nbsp;

"He found his three dogs roaming around the trailer park however he has still not recovered his famous dachshund," Forrester said.&nbsp;

The damage to the victims front door was estimated at approximately $50.&nbsp;
