An incident involving property damage has left a Salina man with a broken door and without his pet dachshund.
Salina Police Captain Paul Forrester said this morning that on June 5 Bradley Armstrong, 47, reported to Salina Police Department that his front door was forcibly kicked in sometime during the hours of 2 p.m. and 8 p.m on Monday.
Forrester noted that Armstrong believes the person responsible for the property damage kicked his door in an effort to release his dogs.
"He found his three dogs roaming around the trailer park however he has still not recovered his famous dachshund," Forrester said.
The damage to the victims front door was estimated at approximately $50.
